OBM Summary Minutes 16th March 2023 – Strutts Centre

Due to the main focus of the meeting referencing confidential matters relating to the steering group meeting, these minutes are condensed as follows;
Confidential matters, as part of the new steering group, were discussed with copies of relevant confidential information distributed to those present.

Confidential Minutes from the steering group meeting were discussed and copies handed out.
Terms of confidentiality were agreed amongst those present.
Terms of confidentiality to be referenced imminently with other OBM committee core group members not present this evening, directly, by contact, via Chair Roger Moors.
Confidential steering group minutes to be discussed and handed out accordingly to those parties not present at this meeting via Chair Roger Moors.
Inclusion of OBM as part of the steering group will now determine the permissable communication of information going forward. All public communications will need to be sanctioned by the steering group nominated party.
Roger Moors to liase with Sukie Khaira (DVMWHS Development Coordinator) and Georgina Graves (Derbyshire Environmental Service) regarding future permissable communications and possible joint attendance at community events, including the pre booked No 28 event for April 23rd 2023.
Other matters briefly discussed;
Public Liability insurance firm quote to be obtained (SH)
RM to liase with GG re April 2023 speaker event (RM)
Links with Cromford Mill established – focus on volunteers and mutual benefit (RM & CB)
OBM Newsletter first edition to be moved to April publication (CB) ANY PHOTOS PLEASE?!
Bank Account still in progress (RM)
An interim meeting may be required prior to the April meeting, possibly via zoom, due to the comprehensive agenda transpiring tonight. (RM)
